Haotianyuan Industries limited. (abbreviation: Haotianyuan) was established in August 2008 and is located in Chang'an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province. We are a private enterprise integrating R&D, machining, production and sales. At present, We have 43 CNC machining centers, 17 CNC lathes, 15 punching machines, and 8 injection molding machines. Of course, we also have many small equipment, such as 2-dimensional high-precision detectors, two-dimensional height meters, and three-coordinate measurement instrument, hardness tester, etc. We are mainly engaged in the machining and production of metal products and the injection molding of plastic products. From design concept verification, prototype making, small batch production to mass production, we can meet most customer requirements. At the same time, we support some technical services, such as mold design and tooling, product surface treatments (anodizing, sandblasting, electroplating, polishing, laser engraving, silk screen, etc.) So, our customers only need to provide samples or drawings and requirements, then we can manufacture them. We provide customers with one-stop service, we not only save a lot of time for customers, but also reduces the development and production costs.
In the production process, we carry out 100% quality control on all products, strictly abide by the quality assurance procedures of ISO 9001:2015 certification: the inspection of incoming materials, the test of the first sample of mass production, the inspection of all production links, the full inspection of finished products to ensure that the products can meet the final requirements of customers. During quality control, we use vision inspection systems, Optical Comparator and other standard measurement equipment, all of them are calibrated according to the schedule recommended by ISO 9001.
